Easter 1916 partner analysis of stanza 2, class discussion with the following questions that should have been answered on the poem handout:
1) What is the subject of stanza 2?
2) Who is the woman? -what is the allusion referenced in line 9?
3) Who is Yeats insulting?
4) Is Yeats remembering these 4 affectionately or malignantly?
We also created the reading schedule for the choice novel based on the months of March and April.
Homework: Final drafts of PL essays are due Monday! Be sure to be working on your drafts and have it shared with me by class. I will be looking over the drafts on Saturday and giving some feedback, so be aware of this...
